At BEMO, we believe that employee engagement is the cornerstone for employee development. In this blog post, we are thrilled to share the results of the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) for employee engagement survey conducted in May 2023.
This is an excellent measure that provides us with valuable insights into how our team members perceive their work experience and their likelihood of recommending BEMO as a place to work. The Engagement survey acts as a report card, offering a comprehensive understanding of our employees' sentiments and allowing us to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement.
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our eNPS score stands at an exceptional 73, reflecting a great level of engagement within our organization.
Typically, scores between 10 and 30 are considered good, but our score surpasses that range by a significant margin. This outstanding achievement is a testament to the deep connection and satisfaction our team members have with their work and the company as a whole.
But it doesn't stop there. We are equally proud to report an impressive 92% participation rate in the survey, with 36 out of 39 team members taking part. This high level of engagement demonstrates our commitment to fostering a culture of open communication and active participation.
This great eNPS score and high participation rate inspire us to continue our efforts in creating a workplace where everyone can flourish and contribute to the success of our organization.
To provide a comprehensive analysis, we have categorized the survey questions based on their highest and lowest scores. Even the questions with the lowest scores received ratings above 8! Indicating a positive outcome overall.
This question scored 9.69, slightly lower than the 2022 survey's score. The question regarding inspiration from BEMO's purpose and mission maintained a consistent position with a score of 9.61.
Finally, envisioning oneself working at BEMO in 2 years obtained a score of 9.53, showing a slight decrease compared to the previous survey.
Feedback remains an area for improvement, as it received a score of 8.25, despite showing improvement from the previous survey. We encourage all BEMO team members to actively participate in fostering a feedback culture.
Despite more than doubling in growth over the past year, BEMO has maintained a remarkable eNPS score, demonstrating the company’s commitment to fostering a thriving work culture from top to bottom. Nevertheless, as an organization, we are committed to continuous improvement.
So moving forward, these survey results will guide our actions and initiatives to make progress in every way we can. We have identified action items that apply to all team members, emphasizing the significance of feedback and accountability.
We are committed to creating a workplace where every individual can thrive, contribute, and find fulfillment in their work.
