We have been fully remote for over 10 years (AKA before it was cool 😉...or essential). What does that mean? We trust the people we hire people to manage their days and their hours to work best for them. We do not believe in micromanaging. We do believe in deadlines (and have realistic expectations that deadlines sometimes move). Bottom line? We are humans, we expect you to be a human too. Life is complex.
