• Accountability.

  Working at BEMO means that when you or your co-workers say you'll do something, we can all trust that it will be done. Being accountable to one another and our clients is a top priority.

  We are also realistic. Accountability doesn't just mean being a superhuman and crossing everything off your To-Do list all the time. Life happens. Accountability to us means keeping your team abreast of what's happening and when so we can all work together to get things done.

• Focus.

  At BEMO, you will always challenge yourself and your team members to make sure that the work we do every day positively impacts our mission (to keep our customers connected and secure) and gets us a step closer to achieving it! 

  Focus is essential, but it's not always easy to attain. How do you get it? From scheduling calendared focus time to taking a stretch break, we want you to create a flow that helps you focus how you need to.

  While you will need to have a certain degree of autonomy to thrive in a fully remote company, teamwork is still essential. We want everyone to contribute their unique perspective and gifts.
