We have been fully remote for over 10 years (AKA before it was cool 😉...or essential). What does that mean? We trust the people we hire people to manage their days and their hours to work best for them. We do not believe in micromanaging. We do believe in deadlines (and have realistic expectations that deadlines sometimes move). Bottom line? We are humans, we expect you to be a human too. Life is complex. Let work be simple (and satisfying).

You get 4 weeks of paid vacation annually! No rollover (so you actually take it!)
If you are sick, take the day off. No stupid corporate rules about # of sick days

You are covered, and BEMO pays for 75%-100% of the monthly premium (depends on the plan).

At the end of the year, we distribute 20% of our profits amongst all of our staff
