Tech Support
Technical support from a small team who won't put you on hold for an hour
Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) and GCC High are part of Microsoft for Government, secure cloud environments built for U.S. government agencies and contractors.
GCC stores data in continental U.S. datacenters and supports CMMC Level 1 requirements. GCC High goes further with U.S.-only restricted personnel support, Microsoft Entra Government (formerly the Azure Government directory), and full alignment with DFARS 7012, NIST SP 800-171, ITAR, and CMMC Level 2.
If your organization handles Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), you likely need GCC High. If you handle Federal Contract Information (FCI) only, standard GCC may be sufficient. The right choice depends on your contracts, data classifications, and compliance obligations.
BEMO handles every stage of your Microsoft government cloud environment. From GCC and GCC High licensing through migration, security configuration, and ongoing managed IT, your team gets a completely outsourced IT department with compliance built in. BEMO is a Microsoft U.S. Partner of the Year Winner, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified, and a Cyber AB Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO).
BEMO manages your full migration from commercial Microsoft 365 (or Google Workspace, on-prem servers, or other platforms) to GCC or GCC High.
This includes mailbox migration, SharePoint and OneDrive data transfer, Teams configuration, and user re-provisioning. BEMO has migrated over 1,000 organizations to Microsoft 365.
As an authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, BEMO procures and manages your GCC or GCC High licenses directly.
Your organization is required to provide a Partner Tenant ID during the GCC application process. BEMO handles the application, tracks approval, and notifies you of Microsoft's response.
BEMO configures your GCC High environment to align with DFARS 7012, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC Level 2 requirements.
This includes Microsoft Entra ID conditional access policies, Microsoft Intune device management, Microsoft Defender deployment, Microsoft Purview data loss prevention, and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM integration.
After migration, BEMO provides ongoing help desk support, user onboarding and offboarding, device procurement, security monitoring, and quarterly CISO reviews as part of our Microsoft GCC High Managed IT Services.
Support is available Mon–Fri 8AM–8PM Eastern, with 24/5 and 24/7 options available.
BEMO is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified. We hold the Microsoft U.S. Partner of the Year award (2023 Social Impact) and were featured by Satya Nadella at the Microsoft Secure 2024 Summit. We are a Cyber AB Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO).
Starting at approximately $4,800/month, BEMO's managed services cost significantly less than hiring a single in-house compliance or IT manager ($84K-$132K+ annually), and you get an entire team instead of one person.
