Penetration Testing Supplement

This Penetration Testing Supplement (“Supplement”) is executed in accordance with the terms of the Exhibit(s) attached, BEMO Terms of Service, Policies, and other agreements, found at https://www.bemopro.com/legal as well as with any other terms attached to this Supplement, if any, between BEMO (Party #1) and You Customer (Party #2), all collectively referred as “Agreements” and is entered into by the parties and effective as of the Effective Date above.

BY VIEWING THE BEMO WEBSITES, CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE, SUBMITTING AN ORDER FORM, OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS SUPPLEMENT INCLUDING THE “Agreements”, AND CREATE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US.

IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS STATED IN THE BEMO TERMS OF SERVICE and THE MICROSOFT CUSTOMER AGREEMENT, THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY:

1.   Authorization

Customer authorizes BEMO to use the Penetration Testing Service (Product) and access to Content, including but not limited to Service Subscription, Product settings and configurations, access controls, management, retention, and deletion of Content.

2.   Acknowledgments

Customer acknowledges that they have given BEMO the authorization to perform the assessment needed and to scan the public IP address and Customer has received authorization from the organization that owns the public IP addresses to do so.

Customer and BEMO acknowledge that they both have a clear understanding of the penetration testing methodology that this scheduled assessment will use. (More info in the Help Center)

Customer and BEMO understand that the report may not be available immediately after the assessment and could take two or more business days, depending on the option selected..
